Trainers
We are looking for qualified trainers who meet current regulatory requirements and have substantial practical operational experience, not just academic knowledge, together with strong teaching and communication skills. EGC trainers must deliver tangible results and transfer skills that learners can apply immediately in the workplace. Courses are designed following a detailed analysis of the client’s sector and activities, ensuring that each training pathway is tailored to the company’s actual needs.

Industrial Rescue Technicians
As pioneers in industrial rescue, we are looking for professionals who understand the responsibility of their role towards the people they assist, our clients and EGC.
For candidates interested in this profession who do not yet have industrial rescue experience, EGC has developed a training and practical instruction pathway leading to the required qualification.
Rope Access Technicians
EGC’s RAT (Rope Access Technicians) division carries out rope access work at height and in confined spaces and is seeking experienced operators with rope access and rope access supervisor qualifications. IRATA or SPRAT certification is considered an advantage.
Activities include:

visual and thermographic inspections and monitoring of large structures

maintenance and repair of civil and industrial buildings

rigging support for complex lifting operations

non-destructive testing

cleaning and painting
-
dropped-object (DROPS) inspections and investigations

descaling
-
pipeline cleaning (entering pipes to clean them)
