Training is a cornerstone of any safety management system, and only consistent, effective training can deliver lasting benefits. E.G.C. therefore places great emphasis on designing courses around each client’s specific needs and operating conditions, engaging learners from the theoretical stage through to practical exercises.

E.G.C. provides qualified trainers who meet current regulatory requirements and have substantial practical operational experience, as well as teaching and communication skills.

Our training programmes are designed to deliver tangible results and equip learners with skills they can apply immediately in the workplace. 

Courses are developed following a detailed analysis of the client’s sector and activities, ensuring that each programme addresses the actual needs of the individual company.

Upon completion, training certificates valid under applicable regulations are issued directly by E.G.C. or, where required, through accredited training providers.

Course content incorporates project-specific procedures, regulations and standards.

E.G.C. delivers courses at clients’ premises and worksites, setting up dedicated training areas and providing the PPE, equipment and tools needed for practical training modules.

E.G.C. technicians also share their expertise with client personnel and external contractors, providing ongoing on-the-job training to raise awareness and improve workplace safety.
