E.G.C. has commissioned an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to coordinate all of the company’s key processes. Beyond improving business management, the new ERP system enables EGC technicians to prepare reports in real time and enter data, observations and reports from anywhere, at any time, allowing information to be shared instantly with the clients’ mailing lists. The transition to a fully digital workflow gives EGC greater control over safety, from planning in the office to execution in the field, enhancing communication methods as well as data collection and analysis.
